
LeFors Named C-USA Player of the Week

Chicago, Ill. - Junior Stefan LeFors of the University of Louisville football team was named the Conference USA offensive player of the week, the league announced on Monday.
LeFors posted the fifth-highest passing total in league and school history with his 459-yard passing performance in the Cardinals' 31-28 loss at TCU on Nov. 5. He completed a career-high 31-of-46 passes with one TD, and also scored on a nine-yard run in the fourth quarter to close the TCU lead to 31-28.
The native of Baton Rouge, La., has thrown for 2,217 yards and 11 touchdowns in leading the Cardinals to a 7-2 record. LeFors has completed 149-of-242 passes and ranks 16th in the country in total offense and 17th in passing efficiency.
Louisville hosts Memphis on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
