Touchdown Downtown is a program which offers LexTran shuttle service to and from University of Kentucky home football games and is designed to encourage fans to eat, shop, tailgate, and socialize downtown before and after home football games. This program, in its third year of service, is in response to the unavailability of general public parking in and around Commonwealth Stadium during the UK football season.

Where do I park?
- Park in these designated parking lots:
- Central Parking System lot at Short and Mill Streets - $2 per car.
- Central Parking System lot at Short and Market Streets - $2 per car.
- Transit Center Garage - $3 per car.
- Civic Center Shops Lot - $3 per car (will increase to $5 if an event is scheduled in Rupp Arena).
- Ramsey's Diner Lot: behind Faith Covenant Church at the corner of East High Street and Woodland Avenue.
Where do I board the shuttle?
- On Vine Street between Broadway and Mill Street. NOTE: This is ONE BLOCK EAST of last year's shuttle stop.
- At the Transit Center (Vine Street entrance).
- Corner of East High Street and Woodland (in front of Ramsey's Diner).
How much does the shuttle cost?
- It costs $2 per person for a round-trip shuttle ticket.
Where do I buy shuttle tickets?
- A discounted season pass (one shuttle ticket for each of six home games) is available from LexTran PRIOR TO August 24, 2001 at a cost of $10. After the season begins, buy your tickets on game days at any of the downtown shuttle stops beginning three hours prior to kickoff.
How long does the shuttle run?
- The shuttle begins THREE HOURS prior to kickoff and runs UP TO GAME TIME (no shuttle service after kickoff!). Return trips begin half-way through the fourth quarter and run until fans have returned to Downtown Lexington.
