High School: Nicole lettered for four years at South Oldham in nearby Oldham County. In 2007, Nicole was all-district and Region 8 Player of the Year. As Oldham County's volleyball player of the year in 2006 and 2007, she also earned second team all-state honors. In 2006, she was District MVP, Region MVP and All-State Tournament and First Team All-State. In 2005, she made the district all-tournament team, was Region MVP and the state all-tournament. In 2004, she was all-region tournament team as her team made the Elite 8, a feat they repeated in 2005. She played for MAVA club team for Coach Jeff Wise.

Personal: Daughter of Howard and Sheryl Allgood. Born Dec. 20, 1989. She plans on majoring in sports management.
