2023: Ayden served as a defensive and serving specialist for the Cardinals. She played in 45 sets and recorded six aces and had 20 digs. She had a season-high two aces against Northern Kentucky. She had a season-high six digs versus Wright State in the NCAA tournament. She is a star in the classroom, earning All-ACC Academic honors and Athletic Director’s Honor Roll member.

2022: Ayden played in 92 sets and recorded eight assists, 12 aces, and 95 digs for a total on 13 points. She had a season-high three aces against Ohio State and a season-high two assists against Virginia. She had a season-high eight digs against three opponents: Northern Kentucky, Purdue, and Notre Dame. Ayden recorded one ace and eight digs throughout the Cardinals NCAA Tournament run.

2021: Ayden played in 105 sets and had 14 assists, 22 aces, a .951 reception percentage, 171 digs for a total of 22 points. She had a season-high three aces against two opponents: TAMU-CC, NC State. She had a season high 14 digs against Wisconsin in the Final Four match. She had a season high two assists at Wake Forest.

2020: Ayden played two rotations for the Cards at defensive specialist. She has played in 51 sets with three aces and 99 digs. Her best match came against Florida State when she had a career-high 18 digs. In the NCAA matches, against San Diego, she played in three sets and against Washington, she had nine digs.

Prep: Ayden Bartlett, a 5-6 libero/defensive specialist from Leavenworth, KS, played for Coach Cassie Rockers at Leavenworth High School and Club Coach Beau Barnthson at MAVS Volleyball. As a freshman, she was HM All-Sunflower League before being named to the First Team All-Sunflower League and qualified for the state volleyball tournament as a sophomore. As a junior, she was named to the First Team United Kansas Conference and was the United Kansas Conference Player of the Year. Voted to the third Team All-State squad, she also won the Janice Van Gorp Fearless Spirit Award. As a senior, she was 1st team United Kansas Conference made the Region 8 AVCA team and was a Kansas vs Missouri All-Star Large Class Participant. For her club competition, she was part of the 16 USA division National Champion team and was named to the 16s USA All-Tournament Team. She was also voted by Prep Volleyball 2018 Season as a 3rd team All American. She won silver as a USA High-Performance Youth in 2017 and was a USA High-Performance Junior Women's A1 (Gold 2018) and USA High-Performance All-Tournament Team (2018). She helped win first place in the 18s Open NIT and was recognized by Prepvolleyball as a Senior Ace # 94.
