Bio
2017: (At Louisville) Amanda earned a starting role and played in 111 sets for the Cardinals. She had 273 kills, nine aces, 121 digs, 58 blocks. She was named to the US Collegiate National Team and competed in Europe, winning a gold medal at the European Global Challenge. Green had 12 matches in double digit kills with a season high of 14 at North Carolina. She recorded two aces against the Tar Heels in Cardinal Arena. She had a season high of five blocks at Florida State. Strong in the classroom as well, Amanda is a member of the ACC Honor Roll and the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2016 (At Marquette): As a freshman, Amanda achieved nine kills in match against Cincinnati. She tallied nine kills in the match against Milwaukee. Contributed six kills and three digs in the match against Providence.
Prep: Green went to Marquette as a freshman from Niles North High School in suburban Chicago. She was ranked No. 55 Senior Ace by PrepVolleyball. She was a two-time all-conference performer for the Vikings and helped lead them to a 2012 regional title. Green was named the team's Offensive Player of the Year as a senior.
Personal: Daughter of Delois and Markham Green. Born Jan. 3, 1997. Major is sports administration.
