2020: Started the opening match of the fall at center back before suffering a season-ending injury.

High School/Club: Called into the United States U-17 National Team in 2018 for the Nike Friendlies, Falsone was also named to the United States U-17 National Team camp in preparations for the 2019 CONCACAF U-17 Tournament, but had to withdraw due to injury. Falsone spent the last two years as a member of DC United Academy, while also a member of DC United's USL Championship team, Loudoun United. Prior to joining DC United, Falsone was a member of Virginia Development Academy.
