Steffon Mitchell

Steffon Mitchell is in his first season as a graduate manager on the UofL men’s basketball staff while pursuing a graduate degree.
Mitchell will assist the coaching staff with drills and game simulations in daily practice, support the staff in creating and developing team game plans and scouting reports, organize and compile team and opponent film, and analyze team and opponent statistical trends.
In his collegiate playing career at Boston College, Mitchell started 98 of 108 games while averaging 6.8 points and 8.1 rebounds. He was an ACC All-Defensive Team selection in 2019-20.
After graduating from BC, Mitchell played professionally in Germany and Norway.
The Shakopee, Minn., native earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 2021 and is currently working on a master’s degree in sport management at UofL.
