Suffered a knee injury in practice on Nov. 24, 2021 and was sidelined in 2021-22.

Walk-on forward who did not see game action in 2020-21.

High School:

Walk-on freshman who played four seasons at Rockwall (Texas) High School, including his final two years on the varsity squad.
As a senior, Schultz helped Rockwall to a 21-14 record, falling in the second round of the regional tournament to the eventual state finalist.
Played two seasons at Rockwall with current UofL teammate Samuell Williamson. Rockwell achieved a 30-6 record and reached the Class 6A regional semifinals in Schultz junior year alongside Williamson.
Also played volleyball two seasons at Rockwall, earning second-team all-state honors as a senior.

Personal goal at UofL is to “contribute my best to the team.”
Best moment of his athletic career to date was getting five consecutive kills in a high school volleyball playoff game.
