2015 Cross Country: Competed in all seven races this season … accomplished five top-5 finishes … recorded a career best time of 29:14.6 while finishing third in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional … took second place at the Vanderbilt Invite finishing the 8K race in 24:35.7 … set a season best in the 8K with a time of 23:30.6 while taking third at the ACC Championships and earning All-ACC honors … earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Cardinals … earned five top 5 finishes and one top 20 finish … recorded personal-bests in the 5K, 8K and 10K distances … began the season with a win at the Flyer 5K before finishing second at the Commodore Classic and fourth at the Greater Louisville Classic … finished sixth at the ACC Championships before crossing second at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 30:13.9… earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors … one of two runners to qualify for the NCAA Championships … earned All-America honors after finishing 23rd at the NCAA Championships with a personal-best 10K time of 30:44.7.

2013 Cross Country: Did not compete during sophomore season ... named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll ... Member of the AAC All-Academic Team.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in four meets ... top finish (20th) came at the BIG EAST Championships ... registered season-best 8K time of 24:18.4 at the Louisville Pre-Nationals.

Prep: Attended Tulon Secondary ... was the 5,000m provincial champion.
