Freshman: At BIG EAST, Robinson made the A- final in the 100-butterfly placing seventh in a final time of 54.96. Robinson also made the B-final of the 100- and 200-backstroke in 54.94, and 2:00.03. Robinson won the 100-butterfly at the Cincinnati dual meet where she swam a 56.29. She also swam the 100-backstroke where she took third in 57.42. At the Purdue Invite, in Robinson's first collegiate meet, she swam the 50- and 100-freestyle in 24.43, and 54.11. Robinson also swam the 100-backstroke in 57.47, and the 100-butterfly in 57.39. Robinson swam the butterfly leg of the 2nd place finishing 200-medley relay at Purdue.

Prep: Brittany Robinson of North Webster, Ind. joins U of L from PRO Swimming where she is coached by Julie Robinson. Brittany is a USA Senior National qualifier in the 100-backstroke (55.39) and 100-butterfly (54.89, 1:02.22). During her junior year of high school, she placed second in the 100-butterfly at the Indiana High school state meet and sixth in the 50-freestyle. She swam in the Speedo Sections from 2008-12 and in March of 2012, she swam at the Grand Prix. She is a four- time high school swimming All- American in the 100-fly where she is also the state champion and state record holder. She was an All-American in the 100-back and a two-time All-American in the 50-free. She also ran cross country during the off season.
