Sophomore: Did not compete in 2019-20.

Freshman: Middendorf competed at seven meets in her debut season as a Cardinal diver. She scored a season best mark of 145.05 on the platform in the meet against Missouri, while recording a season best score of 192.30 on the 1-meter against Virginia. On the 3-meter, Middendorf’s best mark of the season came in the meet against Kentucky, where she scored a 207.15.

Prep: A native of Ft. Wright, Ky., Middendorf competed at the club level for WTRC Diving under coach Patti Hickey and dove in high school for Notre Dame Academy under coach Katie McGonigal. She is a three-time finalist at the KHSAA State Championships, finishing eighth in 2018. She earned KHSAA Academic All-State First Team honors, was a team captain in 2018, received Winter All-Stars Second Team honors in 2016-17 and finished a career-high sixth at the KHSAA State Championships throughout the course of her high school diving career. Middendorf has competed at the AAU Diving Summer Nationals, as well as the Region 5 USA Diving Juniors. Additionally, she was a member of National Honor Society and was the Senior Class Co-President at Notre Dame Academy. She also competed in varsity track and field, qualifying for state in the high jump.
