LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville football program added four additional transfers to the 2026 signing class, head coach Jeff Brohm announced on Tuesday.
The Cardinals inked a pair of tight ends in Brody Foley and Justyn Reid, safety Koen Entringer and offensive lineman Cason Henry.
Considered one of the top tight ends in the transfer portal, Foley transferred to Louisville after one season at Tulsa and three years at Indiana. The Cincinnati, Ohio native is the first Tulsa tight end to earn first team All-Conference since Tulsa joined the American in 2014. Foley led the Golden Hurricane in receiving yards on the season with 528 on 37 receptions. He scored nine touchdowns (seven receiving; two rushing), which was the fourth-most touchdowns scored by a player in the American Conference this season
Foley recorded one 100-yard receiving game, totaling a career-high six receptions for 126 yards and one score and equaled a career best with six receptions for 41 yards and a pair of touchdowns against Temple. He scored on a career long 72-yard touchdown catch in a conference contest versus Tulane.
Before his one season with the Hurricanes, Foley spent three seasons at Indiana and played in a total of 31 contests.
Reid caught 17 passes for 200 yards and three touchdowns at Tulane last season. A key in the running game, Reid logged 225 run blocking snaps, helping Tulane rush for 170.2 yards.
Prior to his lone season with the Green Wave, Reid played two seasons at Southern Mississippi where he caught seven passes for 145 yards.
An offensive tackle, Henry spent the past four seasons at South Carolina where he made 18 starts in 21 career games but missed the 2023 season with an injury and the latter part of the 2025 campaign also with an injury.
The 6-foot-6 redshirt senior was a starter in each of the first four games at right tackle but suffered a season-ending in October. Henry earned the starting assignment in all 13 contests in 2024 and was recognized as the Most Improved Player of the Spring for the offense
Entringer spent four seasons playing at Iowa where he appeared in 43 games, totaling 100 tackles and one interception. The 2025 season was his best, earning Honorable Mention All-Big Ten accolades. Named one of four game captains in all 12 games, Entringer finished with 73 tackles (41 solo, 28 assists), 3.5 tackles for a loss four pass break-ups for a defense that finished 10th in the nation in passing defense (158.2), ninth in total defense and scoring defense.
