Cards will compete in the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Regatta this weekend
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville rowing team will return to action this weekend when the Cardinals head to Oak Ridge, Tenn., to compete in the 2025 Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association (SIRA) Championship Regatta which will be contested Friday and Saturday at Melton Hill Lake.
Louisville will race a total of six boats competing including: one Varsity 8 and Second Varsity 8 and one Novice 4 and three Varsity 4s. The Cardinals will take to the water Friday starting at 11 a.m. with the Novice 4 preliminary round.

This marks the third event of the spring for the Cardinals who were last in action March 28-29 at the Sarasota 2K.
Following this weekend, the Cardinals will travel to Raleigh, N.C. for the Lake Wheeler Invitational.
