Cards will honor the senior class of 2025 following the conclusion of Saturday’s game
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville field hockey team will conclude the regular season on Saturday when the Cards play host to No. 9 Syracuse at 12 p.m. Following the conclusion of the game, UofL will honor its 2025 senior class: Izzy Bianco, Luciana Carpenter, Chloe Cuzzupe, Tatum Kroon, Sophia Parker and Rylie Wollerton.

Scouting the Orange: Scouting the Orange: No. 9 Syracuse (11-4, 3-4 ACC) comes into this matchup riding a win over Boston College 3-1. The Orange dropped two games before that, including unranked Cal, who Louisville beat earlier in the season in a critical ACC matchup to keep their tournament hopes alive. Their most impressive win came against then No. 7 ranked Duke.
• Head Coach Lynn Farquhar is entering her second season with Syracuse, but this program is not unfamiliar to her. She previously served as an assistant for four seasons under the previous head coach, Ange Bradley. In her time with Syracuse, she has already led the team to great success, with the Orange going to the NCAA quarterfinals in 2024.
