Donnet wins in three sets to advance at ITA All-Americans; Rodrigues falls to No. 8
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – UofL men's tennis fifth year senior Etienne Donnet won his Round of 64 match at the ITA All-American Championships and advanced to the Round of 32.
Donnet defeated Casey Hoole of South Carolina in three sets 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 to advance to Thursday action in Tulsa, Okla. He will take on Sebastian Gorzny of TCU in the Round of 32.
Louisville's Natan Rodrigues also competed in the Round of 64 at the All-Americans and fell 3-6, 2-6 to Inaki Montes de la Torre of Virginia, who is ranked No. 8 in the preseason ITA rankings.
