Ball State Match Moved Due to Weather

Cardinals will face the Cardinals Next Friday
Due to inclement weather, the University of Louisville Women's Tennis Match with Ball State which was originally scheduled for February 4 has been moved to February 11 at 4 p.m. in the Bass Rudd Tennis Center.
As of Thursday morning, Sunday's match at Vanderbilt is still on as the Cards will travel to the Currey Tennis Center Complex to face the Commodores. Admission is free for fans.
Louisville (3-0) is looking to build off its impressive opening weekend, where the Cardinals defeated Cincinnati 5-2 and Marshall and Miami (Ohio) 4-3. Rhea Verma and Tatiana Simova each recorded three singles victories and the pairing of Simova and Andrea Di Palma earned a 3-0 doubles record. Head coach Mark Beckham is in his 15th season leading the Cardinals.
Vanderbilt (3-1) is coming off a 4-0 loss to California in the ITA Kickoff Finals and returns five members from last season's team that advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Vanderbilt defeated Louisville 5-2 in Nashville on Feb. 12, 2021.
