Cards Head to Hilton Head for the Darius Rucker

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville women's team will head to South Carolina for the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate tournament. Held at the Long Cove Golf Club (par 71, 6,220 yards) in Hilton Head, the 54-hole tournament will begin on Monday and conclude on Wednesday.
Louisville will be competing against 10 teams including ACC opponents Duke, North Carolina and Wake Forest.
The Cardinals are competing in a difficult field for the second-straight event. Last week, the Cards finished 13th at the Moon Golf Invitational. Kendall Griffin shot a 7-under-par 209 to tie for second at the event.. It was her second second-place finish since joining the UofL program.
The lineup for the upcoming competition will consist of Kendall Griffin, Hana Ryskova, Gabbi Bentancourt, Carmen Griffiths, and Lauren Thibodeau. Agustina Gomez-Cisterna will compete as an individual.
