"Carmen has been playing really well this fall with a top 10 finish and two top five finishes in our last three events. It won't be long before she has her first collegiate win," said program Head Coach Whitney Young.
Graduate student Mairead Martin finished in a tie for 20th overall, carding 5-over-par 221 with her season best single round score of 71 in round two.

"Going back and looking at the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational, I think we have a lot of positives we can take with us to our final fall event in Bowling Green, KY at Club at Olde -Stone," said Young.
"I am excited to see what we can do by taking our momentum into Olde-Stone," said Young. "We have a lot of support there with being so close to home and we are looking forward to defending our title from last year."
The Cardinals will close out their fall season as they travel to Bowling Green, Ky. to play in The Club at Olde Stone Intercollegiate on Oct. 24-25.
