Louisville Earns CSCAA Academic Team Honors

CSCAA Names the Cards to Spring Scholar All-America team
 Richmond, VA -- The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) have announced that the University of Louisville men's and women's swimming and diving teams have earned Scholar All-America honors for their efforts in the classroom last semester. The teams earned the honor after posting GPAs of 3.34 and 3.74 respectively
"Coach Albiero continues to set the standard for success both in the pool and the classroom," noted CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart. "These are some of the best ambassadors of Louisville and Athletic Director Vince Tyra, President Neeli Bendapudi, and Dr. Krista Wallace-Boaz (Faculty Athletic Representative) can and should be proud of these 55 men and women."
CSCAA will name its individual Scholar All-America team next week. Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
