Cards head to UNC for a Sunday match
The No. 49 Louisville women's tennis team fell 6-1 to No.11 NC State Friday afternoon in Raleigh.

The Wolfpack moves to 11-3 (3-1) and Louisville moves to 10-4 (2-2) on the season.

NC State took the doubles point to give the team the 1-0 advantage heading into singles play. The 10th-ranked doubles duo, Anna Rogers and Alana Smith beat Sena Suswam and Dina Chaika, 6-4.

Adriana Reami and Claudia Wiktorin picked up  a 6-3 win to capture the doubles point. Chloe Hamlin and Aleksandra Mally went up 2-0 to start doubles play but fell at No. 3.

The Cardinals earned their only point from Raven Neely at No. 4, with a 4-6, 7-6 (10-5) win over Liz Norman.
