LOUISVILLE, Ky. – No. 4 Louisville women's basketball (24-2, 11-2) hosts Boston College on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. ET.

Louisville trailed 28-25 at halftime at Virginia and it marked the first time they have trailed at halftime all season. Their 25 points marked the fewest points in the first half this year.

The Cardinals then used a 23-9 third quarter to gain control of the game after trailing at half. Overall, they used a 16-0 run to turn a 28-21 deficit into a 37-28 lead before cruising to a 71-49 win.

Five players scored in double figures at Virginia (Evans 13, Durr 12, Fuehring 11, Dunham 10, Shook 10), which marked the fourth time this season at least five players have scored in double figures.

Evans led the team in scoring and assists (6) at Virginia, which marked the second time this year she has led the team in points and assists. She also led the team in points (21) and assists (6) vs. Northern Kentucky. She has led the team in points three times and assists 13 times.

After starting the first two games, she has come off the bench in 22 of the last 24 games. She is second on the team with 10.6 points and is averaging a team-high 4.0 assists, which ranks ninth in the ACC. In 13 ACC games, she is averaging 10.2 points, while shooting 28-56 (.500) from deep.

She is 37-84 (.440) from deep, which ranks fourth in the league. She is 23-46 (.500) from beyond the arc in the last seven games, after shooting 14-38 (.368) in first 19 games. She has 104 assists and 51 turnovers and ranks 4th in ACC with 2.0 assist-to-TO ratio.
