- Louisville has won its first eight games for the first time since the 2014-15 season, when the Cards won their first 11 games.

- It's his second double-digit rebounding game this year.
- Nwora played a season-high 36 minutes.
- Steven Enoch recorded his third double-double of the season, and fifth of his career, with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

- Dwayne Sutton grabbed 11 rebounds.

- Darius Perry scored the first points of the game for the Cardinals on a jumper. It's the first time this season he's scored the first point of the game for UofL.
