Wilson Reaches Finals of PRC Collegiate Invite

Freshman Randy Wilson will play in the 'A' singles championship Sunday
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The University of Louisville's Randy Wilson has advanced to the Flight 'A' singles finals of the PRC Collegiate Invite hosted by Samford on Saturday.

The freshman picked up a pair of wins to push his weekend total to three singles victories. In the quarterfinals, he rebounded from a 6-4 first set loss to beat Chattanooga's Jeffrey Dewald 4-6, 7-6, 6-2. Wilson followed with a 6-1, 6-2 decision against Presbyterian's Daniel Stenger. Â

He will face Samford's Rossouw Norval in the title match Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
