Mercer County went 127-19 during Robins' four years and won four straight 12th Region titles.
Robinson and Lockhart were both finalists for Kentucky's 2018 Miss Basketball award.
Robinson was named Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches Co-Player of the Year in the 16th region. She set the school record in steals while leading Ashland with 17.4 points per game. She added 7.5 rebounds a game after missing all but two games of her junior year with injuries.
