
Durr, Hines-Allen, Evans Earn All-ACC Honors

Durr and Hines-Allen were both named All-ACC First Team
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -Â University of Louisville women's basketball's Asia Durr, Myisha Hines-Allen and Dana Evans each earned All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors, the league office announced today.
Durr and Hines-Allen were named All-ACC First Team by the Blue Ribbon Panel and the Coaches, while Evans was named ACC All-Freshman Team by both the Blue Ribbon Panel and the Coaches.
Durr was also named All-ACC First Team a year ago, while Hines-Allen was named Second Team. Following her sophomore season, Hines-Allen was named ACC Player of the Year.
Durr ranks third in the ACC and 40th in the country with 19.5 points per game and her 19.9 points-per-game in ACC play lead the league. She is shooting 44.5 percent from deep (98-220), which leads the ACC and ranks 14th in the nation. Her 98 made 3-point field goals lead the ACC and rank 12th in the country. She has a team-high 25 double-digit scoring games this season, including 14 20-point games.
Hines-Allen averages 9.9 rebounds, which leads the ACC and ranks 34th in country, and leads the ACC with 6.9 defensive rebounds per game. Her 308 total rebounds rank 16th in the nation. She averages 13.7 points, which ranks second on the team and 18th in ACC. She has scored in double figures 23 times this season, which only trails Durr's 25.
Evans leads all ACC freshmen, ranks 11th in the league and second on team with 3.7 assists per game. Â She ranks fourth in the ACC with a 1.8 assist-to-turnover ratio. Her 1.3 steals rank fourth among ACC freshmen.
No. 4 Louisville (29-8) has already accumulated 29 wins, which sets a program record for most regular season wins and is tied for third most wins in a season in school history. Seeded as the 1-seed, the Cardinals open the ACC Tournament on Friday at 2 p.m. ET against the winner of No. 8 Syracuse and No. 9 Virginia Tech.
