Team Records and Series Notes

No. 14 Louisville defeated No. 17 NC State 59-58 in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament to improve to 27-6.

Louisville and NC State are tied at three games apiece in the series.
It is the third-consecutive meeting between the teams decided by two points or less.

Louisville advanced to the ACC Tournament semifinals and faces No. 1 seed Notre Dame on Saturday at noon ET.

Louisville Team Notes

Louisville's win guarantees the Cardinals a league tournament semifinal game for the fifth-consecutive season.

The Cardinals improved to 15-9 (.625) in conference tournaments under head coach Jeff Walz.

The victory gives Louisville its fifth win over a top-25 opponent this year.
Louisville held NC State to just 58 points, 13 points below the Wolfpack's season average. It marked the sixth-consecutive opponent the Cardinals' defense has limited to less than 60 points.

After allowing NC State to just 10 of 18 (55.6 percent) in the first quarter, Louisville limited the Wolfpack to 10 of 39 (.256) over the final three quarters.

The Wolfpack, for the game, shot 35.1 percent from the field.
It is the seventh-consecutive game an opponent has been unable to surpass 40 percent from the field and the 19th this season.

Durr has scored 595 points this season and moved into eighth on the school's single-season scoring list. She needs only six points to pass Sharon Bellamy (600, 1998-99) for seventh.

She had four 3-pointers, marking the 35th-consecutive game, where she has made at least one trey. She needs one more game to tie Sara Nord for the school record.
Durr has connected on 102 3-pointers this season. She passed Sara Nord (98, 2003-04) for second most in a season in school history and only trails Shoni Schimmel's record of 118 set in 2013-14.

Myisha Hines-Allen totaled 16 points and 10 rebounds for her 14th double-double of the season.

She connected on six field goals, pushing her career total to 607. She surpassed Kristin Mattox (603, 1992-96) for seventh on the school's career chart.
Hines-Allen has 732 career rebounds and is tied for 10th all-time on the school's all-time list with Devita Ceaser (732, 1981-85).
Hines-Allen improved her career point total to 1,420, putting her at 10th on the school's all-time scoring list. She needs 24 points to pass Jackie Spencer (1,443, 1981-85) for ninth.
Hines-Allen has led UofL in rebounding in 22 games this season.

She has a team-leading 152 assists this season, a single-season high.
Moore ranks ninth all-time in school history with 421 assists. She needs 43 to pass Jackie Spencer (463, 1981-85) for eighth.
Friday's game marked the 100th in which Moore has played at Louisville.
