- Lamar Jackson finished the game with 329 yards of total offense. He rushed 24 times for 158 yards and one touchdown, while completing 13-of-31 passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns.
- Jackson broke Pat White's TaxSlayer record for rushing yards by a quarterback, previously held by West Virginia's Pat White in 2007.
- Jackson moved into sixth on the FBS career list for rushing yards by a quarterback, surpassing Nevada's Colin Kaepernick (2007-10, 4,112 yards), with 4,132 yards.
- Jackson set the school's single-season record for rushing yards, capping the year with 1,601.
- Jackson passed Clemson's Deshaun Watson for second on the ACC career list for touchdown responsibility, boasting 119 in his career.
- With Jackson's first rushing touchdown of the game, he became the third player in FBS history to record 50 rushing and 50 passing touchdowns (Florida's Tim Tebow, Nevada's Colin Kaepernick). Jackson is the only non-senior to reach that mark.
- Jackson is the second player in FBS history and first non-senior to rush for 4,000 yards and pass for 9,000 yards in his career.

- Jaylen Smith led all receivers in the game with seven catches for 107 yards and one touchdown.
- He logged his fifth career 100-yard receiving game and moved into ninth on the school's single-season list for receiving yards, with 980.
- Trevon Young recorded a career-high 10 tackles on the day, including three for loss, and had one quarterback hurry.
- With nine quarterback hurries this year, Young tied Dewayne White for 10th most QB hurries in a season at Louisville.

- Dee Smith set a career high with 11 tackles, including one for loss, to pace the Cardinals.
- Chucky Williams hauled in the ninth interception of his career, third of the season. He logged six tackles.
- Blanton Creque went 2 of 3 on field goals, while hitting all three extra points, for nine points.
- Creque capped the year with 109 points, 10th most points in a season in school history. It is the fourth most points by a kicker in a season in program history.
- On the school's career list for points by kicking, Creque moved to fifth with 196 points.
- Creque converted 17 field goals this year, third most in a season in school history. Career wise, Creque has hit 33 field goals to move into sole possession of sixth on the school's chart.
