Team Record and Series Notes:
- No. 11 Louisville finished off ACC play with a 15-1 record after the win. It is the second most conference wins in school history.
- The Cardinals have won eight-straight games against Pittsburgh and improve to 12-2 all-time against the Panthers.
Team Notes:
- Louisville won its final six regular-season games.
- Louisville was red hot shooting the ball in the first half, when it hit 17-of-25 shots (68 percent). It was the highest percentage in an opening half since Jan. 16, 2005, against Cincinnati when it shot 17-for-23 (73.9 percent).
- The Cardinals led by 32 points (42-10) at the half, which was the largest margin this season. The previous record was 27 (39-12) against Clemson on Jan. 28.
- Louisville is 15-0 this season when holding opponents to 59 points or fewer after allowing 36 points to the Panthers. It is the 10th ACC opponent this season it has held under 60 points.
- The Cardinals held the Panthers to 19.2 percent (10-for-53) from the field, the lowest percentage by an opponent since Nov. 21, 2013, when Ohio shot 18.9 percent (10-for-53).
- Louisville held Pittsburgh to 10 made field goals in the game, the fewest since Tennessee State hit nine on Dec. 31, 2012.
- The Cardinals forced the Panthers into 18 turnovers and held them to just 10 field goals. It is the 15th time this season an opponent has had more turnovers than made baskets.
- The Cardinals finished with 18 assists, improving their streak of double-digit assists to 55-consecutive games dating back to Dec. 15, 2014.
- Louisville had 18 assists on 26 made field goals (69.2 percent). On the season, the Cardinals have assisted on 62.1 percent of their made baskets.
- The Cardinals pulled down 43 rebounds, the 13th time this season they have had 40 or more.
- Louisville grabbed 10 offensive rebounds, its 15th of 16 games in conference it has had 10 or more.
- Former Louisville women's basketball standouts Joan Dunaway Burks and Jackie Spencer had their jerseys honored during a halftime ceremony.
Player Notes:
- Myisha Hines-Allen continued her tremendous play, recording her ninth double of the season and 10th of her career, with 23 points on 11-of-14 shooting and 13 rebounds against the Panthers.
- It was the ninth time this season that Hines-Allen had 20 points or more in a game and the seventh-consecutive game she has led the team in scoring.
- Hines-Allen scored 13 of her 23 points in the first quarter, the most by a Cardinal in any quarter this season.
- Hines-Allen's 11 field goals put her in a tie with Jackie Spencer (1984-85) for 10th-most field goals in a single season with 209.
- Briahanna Jackson scored in double figures for the 21st time this season. She finished with 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting (71.4 percent).
- Taja Cole set a season high in 3-pointers made with two in the win. She finished with six points, three rebounds, and tied a season high in assists with five.
- Sophomore Arica Carter tied a career high in steals with four in the win over Pittsburgh.
- Freshman Erin DeGrate picked up her seventh game this season with five rebounds or more.
