- Louisville recorded its sixth-consecutive victory, defeating Vanderbilt 78-66 to improve to 12-2.
- The Cardinals have won three of the last five meetings against the Commodores, but Vanderbilt still holds an 8-5 series advantage.

- It is Hines-Allen's 16th career double-double, tying her for eighth all-time in school history.
- Asia Durr finished with 16 points, shooting a season best 6 of 6 from the free throw line. She also logged a career-tying best two blocks.
- She went 2 of 4 behind the arc, giving her at least one 3-pointer in 17-consecutive games.
- Mariya Moore tied a season high with eight assists.
- Ciera Johnson scored eight points on 4-of-4 shooting in just six minutes.
