Team Records and Series Notes
- Louisville earned its second win in the series, but Chattanooga still holds a 5-2 edge.
- The Cardinals improved to 11-6 all-time against current members of the Southern Conference.
- Louisville returns to action on Sunday, when it faces No. 2 South Carolina in the in the final game of the Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Challenge.

- With the victory against Chattanooga, the Cardinals have won 31 of their last 35, dating back to last season.
- Women's basketball moved to a four-quarter format last year. In tracking the Cardinals' defensive performances, the team held opponents to single-digit points 25 times last year. Louisville added to that sum on Monday, holding the Mocs to seven points in the second period.
- The Cardinals have held five of their six opponents this season to single digit points in at least one period.
- Louisville forced 19 turnovers and generated 18 points off the change in possessions.
- Chattanooga is the first opponent to turn the ball over less than 20 times.
- The Cardinals' bench contributed 28 points in the victory.
- The Cardinals dished out 18 assists, following their 19-assist game against Lafayette on Sunday.
- Louisville connected on all 10 of its free throws, the best percentage since Dec. 18, 2015 against Tennessee Tech, where they hit 6-of-6 (1.000).

Louisville Player Notes
- With her second basket of the night at the 5:27 mark of the first quarter, Mariya Moore became the 27th member of the school's 1,000-point club. She finished the game with nine points, giving her 1,005 for her career.
- She also had a season-high seven assists, four rebounds, one steal, and was 4-for-4 from the charity stripe.
- Moore recorded one 3-pointer in the game, giving her 147 in her career. She needs three more 3-point field goals to move her into a tie for ninth place with Brandie Radde (2006-10, 150) on the all-time list at UofL.
- Myisha Hines-Allen finished with seven points, 10 rebounds, two assists, and one block.
- She needs six more points to pass Tuounisia Turner (1988-92, 1,048) to move into 24th place on the all-time list at UofL.
- In her sixth collegiate game, Jazmine Jones scored a season-high eight points, hitting both free throw attempts. She also had a season-best four steals.
- Ciera Johnson shot a perfect 4-4 to record eight points to go along with her three rebounds and two blocks.
- Asia Durr, the reigning ACC Player of the Week, now has nine-straight games with at least one 3-point field goal, going 1 of 3 behind the arc. She finished with seven points.
