Rouanet Reaches ITA All-American Pre-Qualifying Round of 32

Junior Nicolas posted a 3-1 record on the tournament

The University of Louisville's Nicolas Rouanet advanced to the pre-qualifying draw singles round of 32 as the Cardinals posted three wins on day two of the Saint Francis ITA All-American Championships Sunday in Tulsa, Okla.

Rouanet picked up his third win of the tournament with a 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 decision against Denver's Alex Gasson. In the round of 32, the junior fell 6-3, 6-4 to Texas' Rodrigo Banzer, the second-seeded player in the draw.

Sophomore Christopher Morin-Kougoucheff picked up a 6-3, 6-2 win over Miami's Jesse Flores and junior Santiago Salazar beat UMKC's Vihn Pham 6-4, 6-2 in a pair of consolation matches.
