UofL student-athletes team up with West End School to visit Speed Art Museum exhibit
In early October, University of Louisville student-athletes from men's & women's basketball, lacrosse, men's soccer, and women's track & field partnered with the Speed Art Museum to host a special event for the middle school students from the West End School. Â The West End School is a free, private college preparatory elementary and middle school for at-risk young men.Â

The two-hour program allowed UofL student-athletes and middle schoolers to explore the Out of the Box: The Rise of the Sneaker Culture exhibit. They worked with a local community artists and came together to design their own pair of sneakers. To check out how they day went, watch the video above.
