Seven Field Hockey Players Named to All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Seven University of Louisville field hockey players have earned All-ACC Academic Team honors as announced Wednesday by Commissioner John Swofford.

To be eligible for consideration for the All-ACC Academic team, a student-athlete, regardless of classification, must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during her academic career.

Seniors Becca Maddock, Paige Monsen and Alyssa Voelmle joined junior Elisa Garcia, sophomores Lotta Kahlert and Shannon Sloss and freshman Nicole Woods on the 2014 ACC All-Academic Squad.
