- Mariya Moore hit 11 free throws, the most by a freshman in school history. Her 11 free throws are the most overall since Shoni Schimmel had 12 on April 1, 2014, against Maryland.
- Moore set a season high in points with 28, the fifth time she has eclipsed the 20-point plateau.
- The 28 points is the most by a Cardinal since Shoni Schimmel scored 31 on April 1, 2014, against Maryland. It is also the most points by a freshman since Shoni Schimmel had 33 against Xavier on March 22, 2011.
- With the rebound at the 5:20 mark in the first half, Sara Hammond moved into 8th all-time. She now has 748 rebounds, passing Keshia Hines (2007-11), who had 743 in her career.
- Hammond recorded her 132nd game played against North Carolina, tying her with Asia Taylor for 8th all-time.
- Myisha Hines-Allen scored 13 points in the win, marking the 16th game this season scoring in double-digits.
- Shawnta' Dyer grabbed nine rebounds in the victory, the seventh time this season she has had eight or more.
- Bria Smith corralled six rebounds, marking the 10th game with six or more.
- Jude Schimmel dished out seven assists in the win, the fifth time she has had six or more.
- The six rebounds by Emmonnie Henderson marked the 13th game with five or more.
