
Women's Golf Remains in 10th at SMU Invitational

DALLAS - The University of Louisville women's golf team fired 318 for the second straight day to remain in 10th place at the SMU Dallas Athletic Club Invitation on Saturday afternoon.
Oklahoma State leads the 15-team field with a two-day total of 600. Denver sits four strokes back of the Cowgirls while Oklahoma is right behind at 605.
Emily Haas continued to lead the Cardinals. Haas fired a 75 and is currently tied for ninth after starting the day tied for 18th. Hass has a two-round total of 151. Oklahoma State's Julie Yang leads the field at 138.
Laura Restrepo fired Louisville's second-lowest round on Saturday. Restrepo shot an 80 and has a two-day total of 158. Restrepo is tied for 34th. Katie Petrino carded an 82 on Saturday and is at 162 for the tournament. Petrino is tied for 47th.
Sara Karlsson added an 81 on Saturday. Karlsson is tied for 58th at 165. Meghan Theiss is tied for 69th. Theiss improved by three strokes and fired an 85 on Saturday. Theiss stands at 173 with 18 holes remaining.
The third round will begin at 9:30 ET on Sunday with a shotgun start. Louisville will start on the 11th hole. Live results are available through GolfStat.com.
