PLAYER
- Junior Monique Reid hit all eight of her free throws on the evening to extend her streak of consecutive free throws made to 18. Reid moved into sole possession of fifth place on the Louisville career list for free throws attempted, breaking a tie with Jill Morton (349-for-423 from 1996-00).
- Reid scored 20+ points for the ninth time this season and the 24th time in her career. She has now put up 55 points over the last two contests, hitting 21 of her 32 shots from the floor and all 13 of her free throws during that time.
- The 28 points permitted the junior an emphatic entry into the top 10 on Louisville's all-time scoring list. Reid (1,259 points) traded places with Jody Martin (1,240 from 1990-94) for 10th place.
