
Women's Basketball Travels to IPFW

Fort Wayne, Ind. - The Louisville women's basketball team will wrap a three game road trip as they face IPFW on Monday, Nov. 29 at 7:00 p.m. The Cardinals are looking to bounce back from their third loss of the season against Old Dominion on Friday night.
Louisville enters the game with an overall record of 3-3. Junior Monique Reid leads the team in scoring and rebounding with 17.0 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Freshman Shoni Schimmel is second on the team in scoring with 12.3 points per game. Schimmel also leads the team in assists with 5.0 per game.
The Mastodons enter the game with an overall record of 3-1. The Mastodons are coming off a 104-60 win against Indiana Tech. Junior forward Stephanie Rosado, a preseason Summit League First Team selection, leads the team in scoring with 21.3 points per game. She also leads the team in rebounding with 9.5 boards per game. Kayla Drake ranks second on the team in scoring with 11.3 points per game.
Louisville leads the series 3-0 against IPFW. The Cardinals defeated IPFW 91-62 last season at Freedom Hall. The Cardinals have never faced IPFW in Fort Wayne.
