
Women's Basketball Travels to DePaul

Chicago, Ill. - The University of Louisville women's basketball team will travel to DePaul for the second game of a BIG EAST double header on CBS College Sports. The game will be broadcast live from DePaul at 9:00 p.m. EST on CBS College Sports. Dave Ryan will provide the play-by-play and Debbie Antonelli will provide the color commentary.
Louisville enters the game on a three game winning streak with a 9-5 overall record and a 1-0 record in the BIG EAST. The Cardinals are led by a pair of sophomores in Becky Burke and Monique Reid. Burke and Reid lead the team in scoring with 15.5 points per game. Burke leads the team in from behind the arc, connected on 33 for the year. Reid leads the team in rebounding with 8.5 boards per game.
DePaul enters the game with an overall record of 11-4 and a BIG EAST record of 0-1. Junior guard Sam Quigley leads three players averaging double figures with 12.9 points per game. Sophomore forward Keisha Hampton is second on the team in scoring with 12.4 points per game and rounding out the top scorers is freshman guard Anna Martin with 11.0 points per game.
The game will be the 26th meeting between the two teams. DePaul holds a slight edge in the series, leading 13-12. The Cardinals have won the last three meetings with the Blue Demons.
The game will be broadcast live on WKRD. The game will also be available on www.UofLSports.com. Jim Kelch will handle the play-by-play, while Adrienne Johnson will be the color analyst.
