
Women's Golf Tied at Eighth in Papa Johns Collegiate

Miami, Fla. - The University of Louisville women's golf team is tied for eighth place after two rounds in the Papa Johns Collegiate in Miami, Fla. the Cardinals finished the first two rounds with a score of 612. North Carolina State currently leads the field with a score of 597. East Carolina is third with a score of 599 and host Miami is third with a score of 604.
Freshman Amanda Henry shot a 76 in she second round and is the highest finisher for the Cardinals, tied at 19th with a score of 152. South Florida's Christina Jones leads the field after shooting a 71 in the second round for a score of 143.
Adrienne White finished the day carding a 77 and is tied at 27th with a score of 153. Cristina Gonzalez finished the day shooting a 76 and is also tied at 27th with a score of 153. Freshman Cindy LaCrosse shot a 78 in the second round and is tied at 30th with a score of 154. Jenny Calkins finished the day carding a 78, placing her 34th with a score of 155.
The Cardinals will wrap up play in the Papa Johns Collegiate with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start Tuesday morning.
