Guzman and Jonke Earn All-BIG EAST Honors

Louisville, Ky. - University of Louisville juniors David Guzman and Frank Jonke were named to the All-BIG EAST teams by the league coaches. Guzman earned first team honors while Jonke earned second team honors.
"We are happy to have David and Frank represent our team on the All-BIG EAST teams," said head coach Ken Lolla. "We consider their honor respectively as team awards. It is a reflection of all the hard work our team has put in this season. We are proud of what the team accomplished this season."
Guzman, a junior midfielder, led the team in scoring with 19 points. He finished the season with seven goals and five assists. Guzman earned first team honors for the second consecutive season.
Jonke, a junior forward, finished second on the team in scoring with 18 points. Jonke led the team in goals scored with seven and was second on the team with four assists.
