- Reece Gaines set a career high with 37 points. It marked the second straight game he has set a career high in scoring. (He scored 30 against South Florida on Friday night.)
- Gaines' 37 points tied for the fifth-highest individual scoring performance in Conference USA game and tied for sixth in U of L history. It was the most since Butch Beard scored 41 against Bradley on Jan. 14, 1967.
