2022-23: Richardson posted a team-best 12 wins (12-12) in singles competition, playing at No. 3, 4, 5, and 6. She went on an eight-game win streak from January 20-February 24. She played in seven third sets throughout the season. Richardson also had wins against five ranked opponents. She won against No. 9-ranked Vanderbilt, No. 22-ranked Notre Dame, No. 29-ranked Clemson, No. 46-ranked Boston College, and No. 55-ranked Virginia Tech. She also had four ACC wins in singles. She was a key part of the Cardinals win in the first round of the ACC Tournament over Boston College, winning 6-4, 6-2. Richardson played with two doubles partners, Sasha Gorchanyuk and Jamilah Snells playing at No. 3 doubles.

2021-22: Richardson posted a 6-10 record in singles, including a 6-2, 6-7 (5-7), 6-1 win against Saint Louis to clinch the match for Louisville in her season debut. She went 1-3 in doubles play, earning a lone win with Sasha Gorchanyuk against Saint Louis.
