2004: Returned from injury for a strong season with the Cardinals. As co-captain, she was named First Team All-Conference USA as well as Third Team All-Region by Soccer Buzz. Started all 18 games she was available for, anchoring the top defense in U of L history, setting records for most shutouts (11), fewest goals allowed (18) and lowest GAA (0.86). Made the AD Honor Roll, C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and Dean's List. Was a Red and Black Scholar Athlete, and was awarded the C-USA Commissioner's medal.

2003: Was forced to sit out the season due to injury. Received a medical redshirt. Made the AD Honor Roll, C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and Dean's List. Was a Red and Black Scholar Athlete. Earned the C-USA Commissioner's medal.

2002: Earned third-team All-Conference USA honors as the defensive anchor on a team that lowered its GAA by nearly half a goal over last season. Played every minute of 14 of the 18 games, starting all but one. Took just four shots, two of which were on goal.

2001: Named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team after helping the team cut down goals against and shots by nearly half. Played all but 15 minutes of the season and was one of six players to start every game. Assisted on the final goal in the exhibition win over Georgetown.

High School: Lettered all four years in soccer, won a state championship in 1999. High school teammate with current Cardinal mate Leighann Carroll, winning co-defensive MVP and captaining the team. Club team Cincinnati Classics/Hammer FC won three state titles.

Personal: Born on 10/2/82 to Dallas and Diane Lower in Waco, Texas. She is majoring in accounting at U of L. Dream dinner gathering would include Brad Pitt and her family. Her brother was a goalie at Xavier. Likes all kinds of music, but especially country. Dad is her biggest influence on her athletic career. Favorite athlete is former Xavier star James Posey. Favorite foods are pizza and veggie lasagne. Enjoys shopping, eating and watching other sports in her spare time.
