2004: Managed to play in 12 matches for the Cardinals during her junior season, starting three times despite battling injuries all season long. Five of her nine shots were on goal. She logged an assist in the Cards win at Ohio (9/2). An outstanding student, Garcia was on the AD Honor Roll, Dean's List, C-USA Commissioner's list in addition to being named a Dean's and Red and Black Scholar, and earning the C-USA Commissioner's Medal.

2003: Started 15 matches, while playing in 16 for the Cards. Tallied two goals on the season. Her first collegiate goal was on a PK in the win over Youngstown State(9/12). Also notched the game winner at Southern Miss(9/28) in the 59th minute, breaking a scoreless tie. Made the AD Honor Roll, C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll, Dean's List and was a Dean's Scholar. Was a Red and Black Scholar Athlete.

2002: Enjoyed a solid freshman season despite missing eight matches due to injury. Was third on the team with three assists. Picked up her first career point, assisting on a game-tying goal at UT Martin(8/30) in her first game. Assisted on both goals in win over IUPUI(9/10). Had 13 shots on the season, six of which were on goal.

High School: Garcia lettered and earned all-conference honors all four seasons. Named 1998 Offensive player of the year and team MVP for 2001. Holds the school career record for assists. Has been part of the Ohio ODP for the past six years. A member of the National Honor Society. Scored 42 goals, starting every varsity game during her four years.

Personal: Born on 7/12/84 in Columbus, Ohio to Cindy and Tony Garcia. Is studying exercise science in college. Wants to coach after college. Likes to work out in her spare time. Landon Donovan is her favorite athlete. Her dream dinner threesome would be Justin Timberlake, President Bush and Chris Rock.
