2022-23: Simova won her lone singles match 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 against Ball State on January 28 at No. 6. She competed in three doubles matches with partner Andrea DiPalma. The duo won 6-5 on January 28 at No. 1 doubles against Eastern Kentucky. Simova was out for a majority of the season with injury.
2021-22: Simova posted a team-best 12 wins (12-8) in singles competition at No. 4, 5, and 6. She won four straight singles matches from Feb. 11-Feb. 19. With an 8-0 start to begin the season, Simova recorded an 11-3 record in doubles with her partner Andrea Di Palma.
2020-21: Simova and Raven Neely were among the 32 doubles teams selected to compete in the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Championships, becoming the first Louisville pair to advance to the Doubles Championships since 2014. Simova finished the season nationally ranked as the No.15 doubles pair with an 11-6 record and recorded a 2-4 singles mark from No.5 and No.6.
Prep: She was is the No. 1-ranked junior college player in the country. Simova was the U18 Slovakian champion in singles prior to being the runner-up of the U14 Slovak championship also in singles. She participated in the U14 European Championship and was the Slovak champion in doubles U12,U14, and U16. Runner up in slovak championship in doubles U18 At ASA Junior College, she was the 2018- runner up at regionals in singles, champion in doubles and took fourth place at nationals in singles as well as placing second in in doubles. As the 2018 Rookie of the Year of the Florida regional, she was also named the 2018 National Rookie of the year as she led her team to the National Championship. She took first place in singles in her flight and was first in doubles in her flight. In 2019, she won first place at Regionals in both doubles and singles. She took first place at Nationals in singles and was the ITA Player of the Month for October and was a participant in the Fall ITA championship in California.
