PRONUNCIATION
2024-25: As a sophomore from Ukraine, Lika picked up six wins, playing all but one of her games in the No. 2 slot (5-8). She played on Court No. 1 just once, and won in her match against UAB 6-4, 7-6 (7-5). Perseypkina swept her matches against Florida State on March 14th, 6-4, 6-2, and April 16th, 6-1, 6-3. In doubles, Peresypkina had an 8-4 individual record, and was paired evenly with Allie Gretkowski (3-2) and Berta Miret (4-1). Perseypkina and Miret peaked at No. 89 in the ITA rankings on April 8th. The duo won four straight matches from March 30th to April 11th, with two ranked victories over No. 57 Georgia Tech and No. 47 Clemson during that stretch.
2023-24: Lika turned in a 7-14 record in singles with a 5-5 record at No. 2. In doubles, she posted a 10-12 record with five wins at both No. 1 and No. 2. She teamed with Allie Gretkowski where the pair went 9-11 with five wins at No. and four at No. 2. In singles, she had wins over Eastern Kentucky, Kennesaw State, Middle Tennessee and Furman. Her first ACC win came against Virginia Tech followed by Clemson and Virginia Tech. In doubles, she had wins against Eastern Kentucky, Middle Tennessee, Marshall, Furman, Bellarmine, Wake Forest, Memphis, Xavier, Clemson and Virginia Tech.
