Handled all the long-snapping duties successfully in all 13 games ... was the short snapper on field goals and points-after-touchdowns.

2014 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Appeared in one game... Saw action at long-snapper in Louisville's 66-21 win over Murray State.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played two years of football and three years of baseball... Played football at Eastern High School under coach Ken Whalen... Played baseball at Eastern High School under coach John Morris... Served as long snapper on varsity football team during sophomore and junior seasons, when he was perfect on every snap... Did not play football as a senior... Was the most accurate long snapper in the region as a junior... Served as the starting quarterback on Eastern's junior varsity team through his junior season... Had best ERA on the squad as a pitcher on the Eagles' baseball team... Graduated as valedictorian from the largest high school in Kentucky... Made honor roll all four years of high school.

Uncle John Holba played quarterback at Ohio University and Western Michigan from 1994-96... Cousin Andrew Holba is a current offensive lineman at the Air Force Academy.
