COVID-19 TICKET & DONATION RESPONSE
During these uncertain times, we want to continually provide you with the best service, while remaining flexible and rewarding your loyalty. Therefore, we have adjusted numerous ticket and donation options. In 2020-21, we are committed to providing you each of the items outlined below.
2020 GUARANTEE
If for any reason the 2020 fall season or any portion of the home schedule is not played, we will credit your account to be used for CAF donations, the 2021 season, or refund any affected payments, this includes payments made for annual seat donations and/or tickets.
2X CAF POINTS ON ALL DONATIONS
We want to reward you for your loyalty during this difficult time. For the first time since establishing the priority point system in 2004, you will receive double the CAF priority points (2 points per $100) for any seat related or philanthropic donations made during the 2020-21 season. CAF priority points are used to determine NCAA Tournament and Bowl game ticket assignment, as well as many other CAF benefits.
TICKET & DONATION DEADLINES EXTENDED, NEW PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS
FOOTBALL
Donation & Ticket Deadline:
The regular football donation and ticket deadline have been extended from May 1 to June 1.
Digital Ticket & CAF Donation 6-Month Payment Plan:
For those looking to spread out football seat donation and ticket payments, in order to make the monthly investment lower, the new 6-month payment plan begins in May and ends in October. Note: this is a digital delivery of tickets through My Cardinals Account or CardsMobile app. Physical tickets will not be received in August prior to the 2020 season.
Printed 4-Month Ticket & CAF Donation Payment Plan:
If having a printed ticket is important, but you still want to spread out your ticket and seat donation investment, a 4-month payment plan beginning in May and ending in August is available.
MEN'S BASKETBALL
Donation & Ticket Deadline:
The men's basketball regular donation deadline has been extended from May 1 to June 1. The ticket deadline has been extended to October 1.
'Pay As We Play' Ticket & CAF Donation 9-Month Payment Plan:
For those looking to spread out men's basketball seat donation and ticket payments, in order to make the monthly investment lower, the new 9-month payment plan begins in May and ends in January. Note: this is a digital delivery of tickets through My Cardinals Account or the CardsMobile app. You will have access to the tickets on a month-by-month basis. Physical tickets will not be received prior to the 2020-21 season.
Need access to all games beginning October 1?
Sign up for the 6-month payment plan and spread out your men's basketball donation and ticket payments over 6 months. Under this plan, you will have full access to all games by October 1.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
