LOUISVILLE, Ky. - No. 15 Louisville Cardinals men's soccer team battled the Boston College Eagles to a 3-3 draw at Dr. Mark & Cindy Lynn Stadium on a rainy Friday evening.

The Cardinals (6-0-2, 1-0-1 ACC) remain unbeaten on the year after coming from behind and fighting back late in the second half. Louisville held a commanding 25-11 advantage in shots, including an 8-3 edge in shots on goal.

Boston College (5-1-2, 1-1-1 ACC) struck first in the 14th minute, but Louisville responded in the 28th minute when Noah De Blasis found the back of the net off an assist from Giacomo Zizza to level the match.

With the game tied 1-1 at the half, both teams headed back to the locker room for what they thought would be a short break.

After a lengthy weather delay, the match resumed at 9:20 p.m. Almost immediately, Boston College capitalized. The Eagles' scored a goal at the 47th minute, giving them a 2-1 advantage. In the 59th minute, Boston College widened its lead to 3-1.

Louisville found its response a little over a minute later with a goal from Andres Escudero Martin in the 60th minute, assisted on a corner kick from Emil Thor.

The Cards found the equalizer in the 82nd minute when Braydon Sellers buried a shot into the back of the net. Louisville pressured and created opportunities at the end of the match, but the Eagles' defense came through, and the match ended at 3-3.

Louisville will take on the Belmont Bruins on Monday night. The match kicks off at 6 p.m. ET at Dr. Mark & Cindy Lynn Stadium and will be broadcast on ACCNX.
