Women’s Golf Signs Isabella Anderson

Anderson is the second commit in the Class of 2026
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — University of Louisville women's golf head coach Whitney Young and her staff are pleased to announce the signing of Isabella Anderson (Columbus, Ohio) to the Class of 2026. She will join the Cardinals for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
The Columbus, Ohio native is ranked 37th overall in the American Junior Golf Association class rankings. She most recently finished tied for first at her home course of York Golf Club to qualify for the 2026 U.S. Girls' Junior Championship. The Junior Championship will be held at the Old Chatham Golf Club in Durham, N.C. from July 13-18.
Earlier in 2026, Anderson tallied a Top 10 finish at the Kathy Whitworth Invitational.
She had a strong campaign in 2025, including her first career AJGA win. She carded a 9-under-par 209 to clinch the win at the NW Arkansas Junior. She tallied 13 birdies for the tournament and had a bogey free back nine to come away with the win in the final round.
During the 2025 season, Anderson had two Top 3 finishes and two more Top 5 finishes. She took home the title at the 2025 GolfWeek Junior Tour Elite Event at Harmony Landing.
